AIRMAN LEAVES FOR LONDON (Received 29, 10.30 a.m.) SYDNEY, Sept. 29. Test flights of the Lady Southern Cross having been completed yesterday, Sir Charles KingsfordSinith left the Mascot aerodrome at 6 o’clock this morning for England. “Smithy” received advice early this morning from the Royal Aero Club, London, indicating that the certificate he holds for his machine will be acceptable. “Smithy” is accompanied by Captain Taylor. The first stop is Charlevllle and they expected to reach Darwin to-night.
