QUEBEC, Sept. 17
“Dissipation of the world wheat surplus by a neat drought in the northern hemisphere will mean that Canada will sell the whole of her 193-1 crop,” stated Mr. .lames Richardson, a leading Winnipeg grain magnate who is leaving for England to inspect the market.
