CIVIL JUDGMENT
Judgment for £47 16,3 and costs was given in the Napier Magistrate’s Court this morning in favour of A. Golding against C. S. Williams . The judgment was a default one. The claim for £49 1(5/3 and interest, but tho judgment was for tho balance of the claim, and the claim for interest was abandoned at the hearing. Costs amounted to £4 10/6.
