The “Manchester Guardian's” Vienna correspondent says: “An important Legitimist demonstration at Eisenstadt bestowed honorary citizenship 011 the Archduke Otto, who has been similarly honoured by 30!) Austrian cities in the past three years. The Archduke Eugen, who has returned from exile in Switzerland, represented tho Emperor. The demonstrators passed a resolution demanding repeal of the laws expelling the Hapsburgs and tho confiscating of their property.
