NAPIER HARBOUR BOARD
Consideration of the engineer’s proposals concerning the harbour development, accounted for four hours of deliberation by the Napier Harbour Board yesterday. This discussion formed the topic of a special meeting which began at 10 o’clock, and after the luncheon adjournment continued till 3.15 p.m. The ordinary monthly meeting then began at which the following were present: Messrs. T. M. Geddis, chairman, J, I. Cato, P. F. Higgins, R Baker, R. D Brown. Eric Williams, H. R. Peacock, T. L. Gordon, E. J. Herrick. R. McLean. Leave of absence was granted Messrs L. E. Harris, A E. Jull, M P., L. Stephenson. <J. Barker.
