NAPIER HARBOUR BOARD

Consideration of the engineer’s proposals concerning the harbour development, accounted for four hours of deliberation by the Napier Harbour Board yesterday. This discussion formed the topic of a special meeting which began at 10 o’clock, and after the luncheon adjournment continued till 3.15 p.m. The ordinary monthly meeting then began at which the following were present: Messrs.
