MAORI MALE CHOIR
Singing in Methodist Church
The Maori male voice choir will be heard at both morning and evening ser vices in the Hastings Methodist Church to-morrow. The choir comes with a Dominion wide reputation for singing and will be heard during the day in solos, quartettes, anthems, etc. Interesting addresses on mission work in the baekblocks and amongst Ihe Maoris will be given and all interested are heartily invited to attend. Havelock North residents will In pleased to learn of the visit on Mon dny evening next of the Maori Choir This company, which comes under the supervision of the Rev. A. J. Seamer, of the Methodist Church, will appeal that evening in the Parish Hall, Have lock North, commencing at 8 o ’ .dock, when they will give a splendid performance including glees, comedies, part songs, hakas and poi dances. The officials have decided to charge 1/- for adults, 6d for children, with special concessions for families who attend.
