MARRIAGE AND BUMPS. Those about to marry have forever been the subject of much advice. The latest peril, they are warned, is that unless the bride has the head “bumps” which indicate capacity for love of children and home, she may bo totally unsuitable —at least, so assert the phrenologists. The smoker seems to be an equally vulnerable subject for advice, but like those about to marry, is probably content to rely upon his own sense of judgment.
