Perry Wins U.S. Singles NEW YORK, September 15. Perry is the first Englishman twice to win the American championship. He won the title at Forest Hills to-day, defeating Allison fl —4, 6—3, 3—G, I—6, B—6, only after being turned back three times at match point by his courageous opponent.
