Prices at National Show TOP VALLE 155 GUINEAS By Telegraph—Press Association. HAMILTON, September 13. Despite low quotations for butterfat and the uncertain position of the dairy industry, dairy-farmers from various parts of New Zealand reacted to the undoubted iinpiovement in conditions at the twelfth annual national Jersey Show sale at Ciandelands when the best sale for several years was recorded. There was a large and representative bench ol buyers at both days ol the sale. During the two days over 120 pedigree bulls were sold, realising au average of 32 guineas, the top price being , 155 guineas tor the six-year-old bull i Idalia's Sunrise on account of Mr R. lA. Lewis, o| I’ukekohe, and bought |by Mi T. W Narby. ol Helensville. . This bull was grand champion of the ' show held before the sale . Au excellent price was secured 10l the champion yearling of the sale, (Ireem-rol't Achievement, on account ol Mr Bones, of Kaipaki, purchased for I I3i i.-innoas by Mr R Rusk, ol North . Auckland. s A yearling on account of Mr P. J. > Petersen, of Waitara, was bought by i Mr W. T Dale, of Waihou. for 101 s guineas.
