SYDNEY, Sept. 13
The “Sydney Morning Herald'' says that unofficial but reliable private advices from London stated that a former Governor of South Australia, Sir A. Hore-Ruthven, has been offered and accepted the Governorship of New South Wales in succession to Sir Philip Game, whose term expires next year.
