RELIEF WORK CONTRACT
Fit” Allowance (By Jelcgraph-Press Assocl&tioa.) AUCKLAND, Sept. 13. Following repeated disputes over tho conditions of relief work at the Hobsonviile air base, advice has been received from the Public Works Minister that work would be resumed next Monday •nd that a “getting fit” allowance of 12 per cent, on the present co-opera-tive contract prices would be paid to the men for the first month and 6 per cent, for the second month. About 100 men will be required for the job.
