LATE MR. G. F. ROACH
At. the meeting of the Hawke’s Bay War Relief Association last evening a resolution of sympathy with the relatives of the late Mr G. F. Roach was passed. At the time of his death the deceased gentleman was all active member of the committee and had always been punctilious in attending meetings. The chairman. Air W. Hart, in paying tribute to the late Mr Roach, made reference to the very valuable service he bad so liberally given and io the keen interest, he had taken in the affairs of returned soldiers, who by his death had sustained a great loss. Mr Hart added that owing to the late Mr Roach’s special aptitude tor the work, his place on the committee would be particularly bard to till. The relatives of the late Mr. G. P.
