HASTINGS OVERLOOKED
Rugby Representative Games TALK OF A BREAK-AWAY 'llie allotment of representative fixtures by the Hawke’s Bay Rugby Union has not been accepted with satisfaction by many of the Rugby enthusiasts in Hastings, who have felt that an undue percentage of the big games have been confined to Napier. Last night the Hastings Rugby SubUnion discussed the question at length, when it was ielt that Hastings was not receiving the consideration it Was entitled to receive. As a protest against the allotting of the representative fixtures, it was finally decided to circulate clubs asking them to notify their delegates to the next annual 'tenoral meeting of the Hankes Bay Rugby Union as to "helhor they are, i H favour of the Hastings Sub-Union playing its own competitions in 11)35.
