Proposals Nearly Ready STATEMENT BY CHAIRMAN Special Meeting at Early Date I It is anticipated by the chairman of the Napier Harbour Board, Mr. Trevor M. Geddis, that within a fortnight the harbour extension proposals will be ready for submission to a special meeting of the board. This statement was mado at the board meeting this morning, in reply to a question by Mr. B, McLean, the Waijukurau represent tative. Mr. McLean asked whether tho chairman could indicate how far th* board had progressed with the loua proposals. Air.
