ROEHM CONSPIRACY
Announcement of Arrests BERLIN. August 18. General Goering, in the first official announcement of details of arrests in connection with Captain Roehm’» conspiracy on June 30. states that 1124 persons were taken into protective custody throughout Germany. Of these 1079 have been granted amnesty and officials are investigating grave evidence regarding the remainder.
