COMPANY INQUIRY
Steps in South Australia (Received 18, 10.30 a.m.) ADELAIDE. Aug. 18. The inquiry ordered by the Government into the affairs of 17 companies operating in South Australia will begin in Adelaide on Monday. The registrar of companies, Mr. Briskham, has been appointed a Royal Commission to conduct the investigation.
