Claim Against Motorist JUDGMENT FOR £392 (By Telegraph—Press Association.) DUNEDIN, Aug. 18. Deciding that the speed of the motorist was too great, and that, he should have regulated his speed on the bend of the road, Mr. Justice Kennedy gave judgment for £392 damages in favour of James Gemmell, Presbyterian minister, of Warrington, who was a passenger in a buggy that was struck by a motor and was thrown out, suffering injury.
