SESSION OPENS JUNE 28 A Normal Programme DAIRY LEGISLATION 'By Telegraph—Press Association.) AUCKLAND, May 4 Thursday, June 28, has been fixed by Cabinet for the opening of the fourth session of the 24th Parliament of New Zealand, according to an announcement made by the Prime Minister, the Rt. Hon. G. W. Forbes, on his arrival to-day. Mr. Forbes said that apart from dairy industry legislation the programme would be normal. In reply to a question, Mr. Forbes said it was undecided whether there would be time to pass a bill providing for the permanent establishment of four-yearly Parliaments in New Zealand. Probably it would be deferred till the final session.
