Senate Abolition Bitt • LONDON, May 2. Mr Cosgrave, in the Dail, moved an amendment to the Senate Abolition Bill making a three-fifths majority vote in-the Dail necessary to the re moval of any member of the judiciary. Mr O’Higgins pointed out that failing such a precaution the wobbling will of one man would rule throughout the country and his vindictiveness would decide everyone’s destiny. Mr Fitzgerald declared that the bill, if enacted, would give Mr de Valera more power than a Tsar or any European Government, obviating the necessity for his ever again facing the electors.
