Funds lor Winter Fuel PARKVALE FUNCTION Considerable interest is being taken n the garden fete to be held on the Parkvale School grounds on Friday afternoon next in aid of the winter fuel fund. The queen election has already returned the sum of £-■>, and the candidate representing Standard 6 at present heads ti e ; -»!l. Standard 5 is next, with Stand- 4 and 3 following. The erov' ■ of the queen will take place durr. the fete, at which will be numerous stalls, while a mirthmaking entertainment is being ar--angel
