Cheluiskin Party’s Plight MOSCOW. April 2 Dr. Schmidt, leader of the Cheluiskin party, wirelessed that rescue must be speedy to avert tragedy. Storms have curtailed Bushkin's flights, but he has been able to cheer the castaways by flying over the camp, subsequently reaching his base at A r ankaren.
