Steam Motors for ’Planes FOREIGN WRITER ARRESTED (By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright.) (Received 17, 10.10 a.m.) LONDON, March 15. The “Telegraph's” Prague correspondent says that an article in the “Prager Tegeblatt” dealing with secret German experiments with steam motors for aeroplanes led to the arrest of Herr Topper, the paper’s representative in Berlin on Sunday. This is only now admitted. Topper has not been allowed to communicate with his colleagues of the Czechoslovakian legation.
