TENSION HAS EASED
(“Times” Cable.)' LONDON, March 13. “The Times” Madrid correspondent says: “The tension now appears to have eased. The news of the declaration of a general strike fixed for midnight, which was announced by wireless from London, caused surprise and is officially denied.
