The four main-line railway com- I panics of Britain and Imperia) Airways | have reached an agreement, for the formation of a new company with a [ nominal capital of £50,000 to provide j and operate air services in the British Isles and elsewhere and form connecting links with the services of Imperial Airways. The general lines of the new organisation have been agreed upon, but no announcement regarding the particulars has yet been made.
