MASTERTON RAM FAIR
Prices Increase Sharply
By Telegraph—Press Association
MASTERTON, Feb. 22. Flock Romney rams met with the most sustained sales for years at the annual ram fair to-day. Prices generally showed a sharp increase over last year's, and those realised for the better class of sheep were well in advance of vendors’ expectations. Ayre (Waikato) for a shearling sold on account of Mr Q. Donald (Featherston).
There was no demand for stud Lincoln rams, and flocks met with a dragging sale, >
