CHEAP TRAIN TRIP

WEEK-END AT WELLINGTON "400 miles for 21/-” is the order of the Railway Department for the weekend excursion train from Napier to Wellington next Saturday. That is the second-class fare from Napier, and the charges will be proportionately low from other stations of Hawke’s Bay. The "special” will leave Napier at 11.20 a.m. and reach Wellington at 6.24 p.m. The return train will leave Wellington at 6.42 p.m on Sunday, February 25. and arrive at Napier nt 1.34 a.m. On Sunday there will be tho principal ceremonies of Archbishop Bedwood’s Diamond Jubilee . This honouring of tho oldest bishop of the Roman Catholic Church is being awaited with warm interest by people of many countries. Details of the excursion fares and timetable are eavertised in this issue.
