OWNERSHIP OF RACEHORSE
Court Case in Australia MELBOURNE, Feb. 12. Mrs Ellen Neylon is giving evidence iu file case in which her husband, Richard Neylon, sought an injunction to prevent Henry King from selling the racehorse Metallurgy, which Neylon claimed was subject to a partnership with King. Mrs Neylon alleged that outside the Court King offered her £lOOO not to allow the case to go on. The case is unfinished.
