Nelson’s Counsel Withdraws [By Rt-dio.] (Received 22, 12.45 p.m.) APIA, Dec. 22. Owing to a difference of opinion between O. F. Nelson and Mr Klinkmueller, counsel for the accused, as to how the case should be conducted. Mr KlinkmucJler asked tho permission of the Court to withdraw from th© case.
