List (Governor of Rotary in New Zealand) that the international president (Rotarian John Nelson Montreal) had appointed Rotarian Fong Foo Sec, M.A., LL.D., Ph.D., of Shanghai, a director of the Rotary International, specially to represent Rotary international al the annual conference of Rotary chibs in the Dominion to be held at NeiV Plymouth on February 27 and 28 and March 1Dr. Fong Sec has been described as one of the greatest living deep thinkers. He, is an authority on, international relations and one of ihw the most eloquent and earnest speakers modern China has produced.
