The “Daily Telegraph’s” correspond, ent at Prague says that it is reported that Dr. Dollfuss, through intermed iaries, approached Herr Hitler with e view to bringing about the abol.tion of the ban upon German visitors io Austria, which is causing economic and political difficulties in Austria. In rcturu Dr. Dollfuss offered to allow German visitors in Austria to use the swastika emblems and also to allow Austrian Nazis to reconstruct their party under the name of the G<*man National Party, Herr Hitler curtly rejected the condition •.
