ESPIONAGE IN FRANCE
Year’s Delicate Investigations LONDON, December 20. The “Daily Mail’s’’ Paris correspondent says that 18 espionage arrests, mostly foreigners, are a climax to nearly a year’s delicate investigations wherein about 200 detectives participated. Further arrests are expected.
