LONDON INTEREST PAYMENTS CLAUSE INTACT: BILL PASSED. By Telegraph—Press Association. WELLINGTON, Wednesday. In the committee stag© on the Finance Bill in the House of Representatives this afternoon a division was taken on tho clause relating to payment of interest in sterling on localbody loans raised in London. The clause was retained by 35 votes to 22, and the bill was put through the remaining stages and passed.
