SEASON OF ACCIDENTS Factory Ship Damaged ANOTHER VESSEL LOST (By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright.) (Received 21, 12.30 p.m.) CAPETOWN, Dec. 2u. An oil transport, towing a disabled whale catcher, which has arrived from the Antarctic, picked up a message yesterday from the British factory ship Southern Princess stating that she had seriously damaged her rudder in a heavy gale and was seeking shelter in the ice pack. This is the seventh casualty during the present, season. The captain of the transport partici gated in a search for another vessel, the Berea, and found a whale with a heavy chain attached to its tail. It in concluded that when the Berea overran the whale ,in order to bring it trail first, it was saught by a huge wave and capsized, giving the crew no chance.
