REFORM OF THE LEAGUE
Opposed by Mr. MacDonald (British Official Wireleu.) RUGBY, Dee. 18. The Prime Minister, St. Hon. Ramsay MacDonald, asked in the Houts of Commons !f he favoured the appointment of a committee to draft proposals to be submitted to Geneva far reform of the League of Nations with a view to preventing further secession from the League and promoting adhesion of all the great Powers, replied: ‘‘No, sir. I am not in favour of such a course.”
