THE PALESTINE STRIKE
CALLED OFF BY ARABS JERUSALEM, November 3 The Arabs have called off the general strike. The casualties, after a week’s disturbance, are: One native constable and 23 civilians killed, 27 British and native constables and 1’27 civilians in hospital. Arrests number 53 Arab and Jewish Communists.
