“If there is one thing in this town that is worthy of support,” said Dr. D. A. Bathgate at to-day’s Rotary Club luneheou, “it is the Free Kindergarten. It is an inspiration to see the happy faces of the little children attending it, and one realises that if it were not for the kindergarten they would probably bo in many instances very poorly cared for.
