TARADALE

NEWS AND NOTES. (From Our Own Correspondent). It is pleasing to record that lour building permits were granted at the recent Taradale Town Board meeting. Two are for motor car gaiages and two for alteration work of a fairly extensive character. Mr Jno. Ellis, the successful tenderer for Town Board offices and library. has already made a start with the work, and expects to have the building completed in about three months' time. It has been decided to have plana drawn up for the restoration of the women’s rest rooms. As usual, a great many exhibits are being entered in tbe Show from the Taradale district, and everybody 1* looking forward in pleasant anticipation to a couple of day’s outing. Good progress is being made with the new bridge at Rodclyffe, and if the weather holds good the next few week* will show a big step forward toward! completion.
