Geddes, N. Mitchell, A. McKay, R. Sharp, D. G. Grant, G. Thomas. Forwards: R. Donnelly, J. Mattingly, C. George, G. Purdue, C. Pawson, W. Southern, B. Berry, T. Metcalf. Fine weather is predicted and a large crowd is expected. The Canterbury Rugby Union announces that it has completed arrangements with the Radio Broadcasting Board for a broadcast description of the Shield match to-morrow and for all the remaining matches to bo played in Christchurch during the present season.
