JUDGE DIRECTS ACQUITTAL. NEW PLYMOUTH, Aug. 17. Upon it being revealed in the course of tho Crown ease that the accused had reason to belive that the bank deposits n question had been previously transferred to his brother, charges of perjury against Nedo Itadieh failed in the Supreme Court to-day, Mr Justice Ostler directing the jury to return a verdict of not guilty on all charges. The charges arose out of judgment summons proceedings in tho lower Court, in which Radich swore he had no money in the bank, whereas it subse lucntly transpired that he bad a fixed lepusit. After a retirement of over three lours the jury returned u verdict of not guilty on charges of bookmaking .-gainst Dominik Sisarich, of Stratford.
