DIVORCE PETITION FAILS
VERDICT IN RICHARDSON CASE WIFE NOW SEEKING DIVORCE AUCKLAND, Aug. 17. The hearing was concluded in the Supreme Court of a petition for divorce brought by Kenneth Rahiri George Richardson against Mona Mary Richardson. The petition was dismissed, with costs against the petitioner. The case lasted seven days and was heard before Mr Justice Smith. The petitioner cited as co-respondent Hairy Reginald Jenkins, a company director, of Auckland, and claimed £lOOO damages. Mr Singer asked fo- costs on behalf of the respondent, and Mr Johnstone requested costs on behalf of the co respondent, which were granted in each Mr Singer: I have my client's instructions, Sir, to ask if you will be good enough to hear her divorce petition to morrow.
