A Chinese named Yce Sing, aged 52, was arrested in Napier early yesterday afternoon by Constable Smith and charged with causing unnecessary suffering to a horse. The case was heard before Messrs A. E. Redford and AV. S. Jones. J. P.’s, who ordered him to come up ior sentence if lied upon within six months.
