NAPIER COMPETITIONS FURTHER SECTIONS DECIDED YESTERDAY’S IiESULTS There were large attendances at the day and night sessions of the musical and vocal competitions on Saturday and yesterday , when a large programme was presented, including instrumental, vocal and dancing items. In the Irish jig under 14 class, the judge, Miss Gladys Smyth was deeply impressed with the high standard displayed, stating that she had never seen better talent in any competitions in New Zealand.
