On Friday evening next, a conference will be held in Hastings of all Referees’ Associations in Hawke’s Bay, one of the objects of the conference being to adopt a constitution for tho recently formed Hawke’s Bay Provincial Referees’ Association. Mr McKenzie, of Wairarapa, has intimated that he. will bo present so that a full report will be received first hand of the business transacted at the annual conference of referees.
