I.L.P. SUPPORT ANNUAL CONFERENCE RESOLUTION. AGAINST THE BRITISH GOVERNMENT. By Telegraph-Press Assn.— Copyrlgb’ (Received 18, 10.30 a.m.) LONDON, April 17. The annual conference of the Independent Labour Party at Derby unanimously resolved to do all in its power to resist any attempt to strangle the progress of the Soviet and pledged the party to agitate for a general strike to restrain the British Government in the event of any attempt to make war on Russia. Mr. Fenner Brockway, chairman, supporting the resolution, said:—“Wo will make it perfectly clear that we stand openly with Russia against our Government.' ’
