A dwarf submarine has been invented by an American for salvaging sunken treasure and gathering sponges, oysters and pearls, ft is 22ft. long, six feet wide and plated to withstand the pressure up to 600 ft. depths. The craft is equipped with air under pressure, telephone, electric lights, grappling iron and motor.
