April 25th (Anzae Day), service suspended. G. A. FRETHEY. NEW ZEALAND RAILWAYS NAPIER—HASTINGS ROAD MOTOR SERVICES EASTER HOLIDAYS 'THE FOLLOWING ALTERATIONS to the ordinary timetable will be made. THURSDAY, 13th APRlL.—Saturday timetable will be observed with exception of 11.30 p.m. bus. FRIDAY, 14th APRlL.—Sunday timetable with additions of 7.30 a.m. bus from Hastings and 7.45 a.m. from Napier. Usual 10.0 p.m. bus from either termini will be delayed to depart at 10.30 p.m. SATURDAY, 15th APRIL. — Usual timetable with exception of 9.15 p.m. service from either termini. Buses leaving Napier from 10.30 a.m. up to 1.30 p.m. will run to Hastings Racecourse, returning after races. Similar arrangements made for Saturday, 22nd April. SUNDAY. 16th APRIL.—Usual Sunday timetable. MONDAY, 17th APRIL.—From Napier 6.45 a.m., 7.40 a.m., 4.50 p.m., 5.20 p.m. buses will NOT run. Substitute services will run at 7.45 p.m., 11.30 p.m. From Hastings 6.45 a.m., 7.45 a.m., 8.20 a.m., 4.50 p.m. buses will NOT run. Hastings Depart:—A.M. 9.30, 10.30, 11.30, P.M. 1.0, 1.30, 2.0, 3.0, 4.0, 5.0, 6.0, 7.0, 8.30, 10.0 (via ’ll)NOTE.—After 7.0 p.m. all buses run via Whakatu on request. NAPIER TERMINAL.—AII buses arriving and leaving Napier will run to and from NEW STAND, MARINE PARADE (Opposite Masonic Hotel) as previous to earthquake. The 10.40 P.m. bus from Napier will leave from Dalgety’s Corner, Dickens Street. PARCELS DEPOT.—Parcels Depot and Office will be located in Bryant’s Buildings at corner of Tennyson and Market Streets, Napier. HAVELOCK-HASTINGS-STORTFORD LODGE BUS SERVICE. RASTER pjOLIDAYS. GOOD FRlDAY.—Sunday Service, with extra bus leaving Havelock 8.30 a.m. (mail train); leaving Hastings 9 a.m. EASTER SATURDAY—UsuaI Daily Service. EASTER SUNDAY.—Sunday Service. Extra bus leaving Hastings after Concert at Municipal Theatre. EASTER MONDAY (Havelock Sports). Usual Daily Service, half-hourly. Free Bus leaves Hastings 7.45 p.m. for Sports Club Dance. S.S. “KIA ORA.” HAWKE’S BAY CARGO FROM GLASGOW & LIVERPOOL. !JIHE above vessel has arrived, and will commence forthwith to discharge at the Hawke’s Bay Anchorage, weather and circumstances permitting. Bills of Lading are issued to the Hawke’s Bay Anchorage only, and ship’s responsibility ceases when cargo is delivered to the lighter. To assist consignees, the vessel’s Agents have made all necessary arrangements on their behalf with the Lightering Company. Consignees are requested to present Bills of Lading, pay freight (if any) and take prompt delivery of their cargo. All cargo is at consignee’s risk after leaving ship’s tackle, and if not promptly removed, will be stored at their risk and expense.
