A request from the Esk View Football Club, Bay View, for the installa- , tion of an electric light at the railway , goods shed at Bay View, which is being used as a football gymnasium, was granted by the Hawke’s Bay Electric Power Board at yesterday’s monthly meeting. Consequent upon a recommendation contained in a report of the engineer, Mr H. L. Benjamin, it was resolved that a 60-watt lamp bo installed, at a flat rate charge of £2 for i six months, the light, not to be used between the hours of four and six o’clock in the evenings.
