FRENCH AFRICAN SYNDICATE. £280,000 INVOLVED. (Received 12, 10.10 a.m.) PARIS, April 11. M. Francois Marsal, ex-Premier and Minister of Finance, has been charged with abuse of confidence and a breach of the company law in connection with transactions involving £280,000 concerning the operations of a syndicate formed to support the shares of the Quest African Company.
