COMPROMISE ARRIVED AT. VESSEL TO BE RE-EXAMINED. (Received 11, 11.15 a.m.) PARIS, April 10. Tho Fire Commercial Tribunal hearing the Compagnie Sud Atlantique’s claim arrived at a compromise by appointing three experts to re-examine the vessel and report whether it can be repaired; also thoroughly to re-examine the cost of the repairs.
