The fostering of “air-mindedness” amongst the younger generation plays an important part in the activities of the Napier Aero Club. During the week end a model aeroplane flying display was held, the results of which were as follow: —Hand-launched duration: R. Crabtree, 32sees.; MacGregor, 27secs.: P. Hodge, 27secs.; B.
